Taeda ceramsite sand rotary kiln is key equipment for ceramsite production line. Besides shale and fly ash ceramsite, it is widely used in calcining and producing ceramsite from sludge, clay, yellow mud, river bottom silt, fly ash, shale, slag, coal gangue, polluted soil, construction waste and relevant raw materials.  

Ceramsite sand rotary kiln is composed of rotary cylinder, supporting device, supporting device with blocking wheel, kiln head, kiln tail sealing device and a coal injection pipe device. Kiln body has a certain inclination with the horizontal level. Whole kiln body is supported by supporting roller device and there is a blocking wheel device to control up and down movement of kiln body.

In addition to main drive, transmission part is also provided with an auxiliary drive to ensure that kiln body can still rotate at a slow speed and prevent the kiln body from being deformed when main drive power supply is interrupted. Kiln head adopts shell-type seal, and the kiln tail is equipped with an axial contact sealing device to ensure the reliability of the seal.
